We are on the second floor of the Island Health Center at the West end of the Cayuga Lake Inlet.

SPA POLICIES

On all of our policies, Rasa reserves the right to final judgment.*

SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS
We hold all scheduled appointments as reserved with a credit card, gift card or on a prepaid basis. Your credit card will not be charged unless you choose to use it as your method of payment at check-out, or unless a cancellation takes place without adequate notice, as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We respectfully request notification of at least 24 hours when canceling or rescheduling an appointment so that we may offer the openings to other clients and make the necessary changes to our staffing schedule. Any appointment that is not canceled or re-scheduled with at least 24 hours notice will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the price of the session booked.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Rasa can accept returns of products in unused condition and with receipt within 30 days of purchase and for boutique credit only. We are unable to accept returns or issue credit on items that have been used or are opened. At this time, our return policies are in accordance with those of our suppliers, therefore exceptions are not permitted. We do feature testers and offer samples for a large number of products in the boutique. Please feel free to ask about these if they are not offered in the context of your session.

ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT
Rasa Spa accepts all major credit cards, local checks, Rasa Gift Cards, Spa Finder Gift Certificates and cash.

GRATUITIES
It is customary, (though not required), to leave a gratuity for your service provider in appreciation for their outstanding service. Gratuities are left to your discretion though the average tip is generally around 15-20%, with some clients choosing to leave more for excellent service. Our staff will be happy to assist you in providing gratuities if desired.

RESERVING THE SPA/GROUP RATES & VISITS
We love to host gatherings at the Spa. Rasa can accommodate up to 21 guests in the entire space with 7 sessions occurring at any one time. We are available to help organize parties for family, friends and business associates, and offer an unconventional space for gatherings. In addition we offer a group discount for parties of 4 or more. We would be happy to discuss group visits and make special arrangements so that you and your party can create a unique spa experience at Rasa Spa. We also offer the ability to close Rasa Spa to other guests if you'd like to reserve the entire spa. Please call us to discuss all the options.

SPECIALS AND DISCOUNTS
Its our desire to offer our services to as many in our community who might benefit from them, mindful of varying financial realities. To that end, we offer a number of standing discounts at Rasa: our monthly Featured Session, and our 10% discount (Monday through Thursday) to Island Health & Fitness members, Cayuga Medical Center employees, college students and seniors (65 or older) with proper ID. We have other initiatives, including our birthday discount, our group rate discount, and our newsletter generally includes an additional offer or coupon for services or products. (Sign up for the newsletter by going to our home page and putting your email in the appropriate box found at the bottom of the page.) Please note that we do not combine specials, standing offers, or discounts.

For not-for-profit community groups, we have created other initiatives, including our Rasa Benefits Card, offered in conjunction with the Cancer Resource Center of the Finger Lakes and meant for those undergoing treatment for or recovering from cancer. If your not-for-profit thinks partnering with Rasa on such an initiative makes sense, please be in touch.
