Welcome to Rasa!

This page will give you a short guided "tour" of our Spa. For even more views of the Spa environs and our treatments, click the "View Slideshow" button at the right.

When you arrive, you'll be greeted by a member of our front desk staff who will check you in and give you your locker key and sandals.

Feel free to browse the Rasa Boutique before or after your appointment. All of our local products, as well as the products we use in our sessions, can be found here.

In our beautifully-appointed changing rooms, you'll find your plush robe, showers, handcrafted tabletops and sinks, and our cedar saunas.

After you've changed and perhaps taken a sauna, you'll wait for your therapist in our Tranquility Room, overlooking Cayuga Inlet.

While you wait, enjoy the complimentary teas, or some cucumber or lemon water, located at our living plant wall.

Our treatment rooms are beautifully appointed, with colorful linens and our famous microfiber sheets. More cabinetry by Leah can be found in the rooms as well as greenery from local nurseries. Bring your iPod to set your own session's soundtrack; enjoy the local art that adorns our walls.

After your session, relax once more in our Tranquility Room, take a sauna, meditate in the Meditation Alcove, order in lunch from the Inlet Island Cafe, browse our Boutique, or do whatever else you like.

Relax, revive, reinvigorate and rest. When you're here, Rasa is your home away from home.
